摘要
分析了农村雷击事故频发、人员伤亡和经济损失严重的原因;根据新农村住宅的特点,介绍了新农村住宅直击雷防护的具体措施及实施步骤;并提出加强雷电灾害预测预警、在农村普及雷电科学、加强雷灾多发区公共防雷设施建设的建议。
In this paper,the reasons of rural lightning accidents,casualties and financial losses were analyzed.According to the feature of new rural housing,the paper introduced the concrete measures and implementation steps of direct lightning strike protection for new rural housing.Some suggestions were given,such as strengthening forecast and early warning of lightning disaster,popularizing lightning science in countryside,and strengthening the lightning protection facilities construction in high lightning disaster region.
