摘要 化疗相关白血病(chemotherapy-related leukemia)有上升趋势.综述讨论了化疗相关白血病的发生率、类型、影响因素、发病机理和预后,为临床医师选择更合理的治疗方案,减少化疗相关白血病的发生提供参考. Chemotherapy-related leukemia is on the rise.It is discussed in a comprehensive way,including its rate of incidence,types,risk factors,mechanism of its occurrence and its outcome.This information could help physicians to select the most appropriate program of treatments.
