摘要
为提高插秧机操作自动化水平,实现插秧档的遥控控制,以久保田NSD8插秧机为研究平台,在不改变原插秧机换档机构的基础上设计出一套辅助系统,使改造后的插秧机技能满足自动化需求,又能实现常规的手柄操作。该机构主要由步进电机、滚珠丝杠、滑块机构和末端执行器组成,可实现遥控控制插秧档位的升降,为后期久保田NSD8插秧机的导航设计提供前期理论与实践基础。
In order to improve the automation of rice transplanting and realize the remote control of rice transplanting gears,an accessory system was invented without changing the original structure of the rice transplaner with the Jiubaotian NSD8 rice transplanter as the research subject.The restructured transplanter is capable of being operated automatically and manually as well.This actuating mechanism is mainly composed of stepping motor,ball-screw,slider block,and end effector.The rise and fall of the transplanter gears can be remotely controlled which can provide reference for the future design of navigation for Jiubaotian NSD8 rice transplanter.
