摘要
我国粮食储藏损失巨大,其中企业储备和农户储备造成的粮食损失较为严重。监测粮仓内的粮食温度是安全保管粮食的重要因素,为此研制出适于小型粮食储藏单位的实用、简单、低成本的温度监控设备,介绍该系统的基本构成、技术指标、工作原理及其子系统,以及元器件选择与电路调试的方法,为提高储藏设备和管理水平提供技术支撑。
There is a tremendous loss in the process of storing foodstuff in China,in particular,among enterprises and farmers.Temperature monitoring of the grain storage is an important means to ensure safety of grains.A pragmatic and simple temperature monitoring device is designed,which is suitable for small-sized grain storage unit with low cost.This article deals with the basic constituent,technical data,working principle,the subsystem,component selection,and electric circuit debugging of the apparatus with the aim of improving grain storage equipment and management.
