摘要
介绍遵循IEC61970标准中的CIM建立电量信息采集与管理系统接口。通过对电量信息采集与管理系统应用程序接口的定义,系统可以与同类系统或其他系统交换信息。重点阐述交换信息格式,采用两种统一框架描述,即RDF资源描述框架和E语言描述框架。系统根据交换信息的不同和实时性要求的不同,定义4种接口方式。
This article deals with the establishment of electric quantity information collection and management system connector in compliance with CIM of IEC61970 code.The system can exchange information with similar system or other systems through definition on electric quantity information collection and management system connector.The emphasis is placed on description of information exchange format,adopting two identical framework descriptions,namely,RDF resources description framework and E language description framework.Four connector models are defined according to the difference in exchanged information and in real-time demand.
