摘要
配网自动化系统尚处于探索阶段,运行中出现了各种各样的问题。简要介绍配电网中常用柱上开关的功能和特性,分析柱上开关设备在应用中的常见问题,提出重合器和分段器配合使用的解决方案,实现区分瞬时性故障和永久性故障,使故障区的自动隔离和非故障区恢复送电。
Distribution network automation system is still at the exploratory stage,a variety of problems emerged during running.This paper briefly describes the commonly used column switching distribution network functions and features.Analyzed the common problem of column switching device in application,this paper introduces solution scheme of match usage of recloser and sectionalizer.which achieve distinction between transient faults and permanent faults,fault zones automatically isolated and non-fault zone recovery transmission.
