摘要
为提高抚顺市农业科技创新的整体水平,根据现有农业科技创新体系的实际发展情况,提出合理确定投资力度、加速创新体制改革、建立农村经济合作组织、加强创新服务能力、提高农民职业素质这5个行之有效的加快农业科技创新发展的途径。
In order to improve the overall level of agricultural technological innovations in Fushun,the author puts forward such measures as rational determination of investment input,accelerating reform in innovation system,establishing rural economic cooperation organizations,enhancing innovation service,and improving farmers＇ professional qualifications in consideration of the actuality in the development in the existent agricultural innovation system.
