Analysis on the Necessity and Economic Efficiency in Adopting Mechanized Rice Harvesting

阐述东港地区水稻应用机械化收割的必要性。对典型的全新久保田PRO588-I型半喂入联合机运用的各项费用,与人工作业相比,进行了全面的分析计算,得出结论:在东港地区应用水稻机收割技术,在作业面积为80hm2时,可取得16万余元的经济效益;在作业面积大于14.1hm2时,取得正的经济效益,其经济效益大小与作业面积成正相关关系。

This article expounds on the necessity of adopting mechanized rice harvesting in Donggang area.Comparison is made between the general costs of adopting PRO588-I combination harvester and that of manual harvesting.The result shows that when the operation area is 80 hm2,economic returns of 160 000 Yuan can be obtained adopting mechanized techniques.When the operation area is above 14.1 hm2,there is a positive correlativity between the economic returns and the operation area.
