摘要
为提高4U-2型牵引式马铃薯收获机的性能,在介绍被动式抖动轮作用及结构形式的基础上,详细探讨其振幅、转数和抖动频率的确定。在不同土壤环境中的多次试验结果表明,3种抖动轮可在不同粘度及含水率的土壤中使用,且土薯分离率及破损率均较理想。
In order to improve the performance of 4U-2 model potato harvester of pull-type,the determination of amplitude,revolution,and vibrating frequency of the passive vibrating wheel is discussed in this article.The experiment result shows that the three models of vibrating wheels can be applied in soils of different viscosity and moisture content,and the separation rate of soil and potatoes is ideal with a relatively low damage rate.
