摘要
以辽宁主栽品种花育23和四粒红为例,研究花生荚果及籽粒生理特性,为花生脱壳机的设计提供理论参数和依据。试验表明,随着含水率的增加,花生米三轴尺寸、三轴算术平均径、几何平均径均增大,且三轴算术平均径、几何平均径与含水率之间存在较好的线性相关,相关系数分别为R=0.9814和R=0.98146。花生米在5种不同的含水率下,球度变化很小,即含水率对花生米球度影响不大。任何含水率下,四粒红花生荚果粒质量的平均值都大于花育23,而花育23花生米粒质量的平均值大于四粒红,四粒红花生荚果的壳厚与花育23的壳厚基本相同,这是由两品种花生的不同物理特性决定的。
Experiments were conducted,taking the major cultivated peanut varieties in Liaoning province,Huayu23 and Shiliehong,as the research samples,to study peanut legume and its seeds physiological properties so as to provide reference for the design of peanut sheller.The experiments show that with the rise in moisture ratio there is an increase in peanut triaxial size,in triaxial arithmetic mean diameter,and in geometric mean diameter,and there is a linear correlation between the moisture ratio and triaxial arithmetic mean diameter and geometric mean diameter.The correlation coefficient is respectively R=0.981 4 and R=0.981 46.The experiments show that the moisture ratio has no obvious impact on peanut sphericity.
