基于农村道路的农机事故采集方法研究

Collecting Techniques of Agricultural Machinery Accidents on Rural Roads

近年来,随着农业机械总量的增加,给农机监理工作带来了很多压力,安全生产形势非常严峻。通过基层工作实践,对农机事故不申报、无法统计的原因进行分析,并研究和提出农机事故的采集方法,有助于农机管理部门及时采集和了解事故的直接经济损失以及伤亡情况。

In recent years,the increase of agricultural machines has placed greater pressure on agricultural machinery supervision.This article makes analysis on the reasons of why farmers are unwilling to report the farm machine accidents and what accounts for the lack of statistics on this matter based on practical experience at the grass roots.Proposals are put forward as to the collection of these accidents so as to help the farm machine administrative departments to promptly acquire the relative information on these accidents concerning economic loss and casualties.
