The comprehensive planning and treatment of small watershed at Dalishu has put it on a development path with mountainous characteristics,and it has turned out to be a paragon for the mountainous areas in the east of Liaoning province for them to fight their way out of poverty.This article presents the various measures adopted by Dalishu in their comprehensive treatment of small watershed,and the significance of soil and water conservation so as to provide reference for the construction of new rural communities and the economic and social sustainable development.
