New farmers in a harmonious society are new essentially in their updating consciousness as well as a good command of new science and technology compatible with agricultural production.New farmers are both the subject to construct a new socialist society and the source of rural society development.The construction of a harmonious society can not do without practice of farmers.Therefore,we must adhere to the new farmer-oriented principle and respect their principal position and carry out the farmers＇ development-oriented principle to promote a good and fast development of farmers.
