摘要
在高强度激光照射下材料表面会产生蒸发,形成等离子体。如果激光是斜入射材料表面的,则材料光声信号的大小与激光的偏振方向有关。本文通过实验研究了在相同的激光入射角的情况下,光声信号的大小随激光偏振方向的变化关系,得出了激光偏振方向与激光入射面的夹角为0 度时,光声信号最强;而其夹角为90 度时,光声信号为极小值。
While the high intensity laser irradiates onto the surface of solid, there may evaporate and produce plasma on it. There is a relation between the polarized direction of laser and the amplitude of photoacoustic signal that depensds on the energy of laser absorbed, when the high intensity laser irradiates obliquely onto the surface of material. The relation is studied in this paper When the angle between the laser polarized direction and the plane of incidence of laser is zero degree, the amplitude of photoacoutic signal is maximum. The amplitude of photoacoutic signal decreases with the increase of the angle. When this angle is ninty degrees,the amplitude of photoacoustic signal is mininum.
