摘要 目的探讨结扎Free-edge托槽中间翼的临床优势。方法选取40例应用Free-edge托槽矫治的Ⅱ1类错患者为研究组,选取30例应用传统直丝托槽矫治的Ⅱ1类错患者为对照组,比较2组下牙列排齐时间,对比研究组治疗前后上下颌骨、切牙及磨牙位置的头影测量项目。结果研究组排齐下牙列时间较对照组快。研究组治疗后上切牙明显内收,上切牙内收与上颌支抗磨牙前移比为2.2∶1;上切牙与下磨牙无明显伸长;下颌平面与平面无发生明显逆时针旋转。结论应用Free-edge托槽可缩短牙列排齐时间,可最大限度减少额外支抗的使用。 Objective To investigate the advantages of ligature Free-edge Bracket's middle wing.Methods 40 patients with Angle's Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion were treated by Free-edge bracket,30 patients with the same malocclusion were treated by traditional straight wire appliance.The two groups' duration of mandibular-crowding allevation were compared.The cephalograms were compared before and after treatment with the Free-edge bracket.Results The Free-edge bracket group had faster correction.In the Free-edge bracket group,the upper incisors adducted markedly and proportion of the upper incisors adducted to the upper molars moved ahead is 2.2∶1;The upper incisors and the lower molars hardly extruded.Conclusion The Free-edge bracket corrects crowding faster than the traditional straight wire appliance.Application Free-edge bracket can reduce the use of added anchorage,and can avoid the side effects of the traditional Edgewise technique.
