脑出血干预相关因子研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 脑出血是常见的急性脑血管疾病之一,约占全部脑卒中患者死亡人数的15%。脑出血的有害效应主要由原发性损伤和继发性损伤引起,原发性损伤是指血肿直接引起的效应如血肿增大及占位效应,而继发性损伤如脑水肿、神经细胞毒性损伤,则可在脑出血后即刻出现并长期存在,影响患者预后。
