机械合金化中的固态反应(机械化学反应)被广泛用于制备碳化物、金属间化合物、复合材料、纳米微粒。机械化学反应是一种常温下进行的远离平衡态的固态反应,反应的生成物以成核—逐渐长大模式生成或经自维持反应形成。
The solid-state reaction driven by mechanical alloying, or mechanochemical reaction, is used to make carbides, intermetallic compounds, composites and nano-sized particles. The mechanochemical reaction is a nonequilibrium reaction at room temperature. The products may be produced via nucleation and gradual growth or by selfsustained reaction.
