摘要
提出了一种磨削抛光任意曲表面的聚氨酯弹性磨具材料。介绍了生成弹性磨具材料弹性网络的过程中的三大基本化学反应方程式,即链增反应、气泡发生反应、交链反应等;为使反应过程能稳定进行,保证产品性能,文中分析讨伦了在聚氯酯弹性磨具材料的生成过程中需要满足的四大重要的化学平衡,即反应液增长速度等于网格链增长速度、反应液粘度的变化规律应与磨料在体内的分布规律相适应、同格生成强度等于磨料和气泡重量,以及反应中的放热量等于磨料和气泡的吸热量等。根据材料生成的基本原理和实际生产情况提出了制造弹性磨具材料的配方试验基本过程和生产工艺过程。
In this paper, elasticity polishes material using polyurethane for polishing arbitrarily curred surface is presented. The basic chemistry reaction of three kinds is introduced, viz. chain transfer reaction, bubble formation reaction and joint chain reaction. Four kind of important chemistry stasis in the precess are described, namely matching between reaction liquid growth rate and lattice chain growth rate, between pattern of reaction liquid viscosity variation and distribution pattern of polish material, between lattice production strength and weight of polish material and bubble, and between heat released in the reaction and heat absorbed by polish material and bubble.
