摘要
采用静电纺丝法以三氟乙酸(TFA)为溶剂制备再生桑蚕丝素(RSF)/醋酸纤维素(CA)共混纳米纤维。通过扫描电镜(SEM),X射线衍射(XRD),X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分别研究不同CA添加量SF/CA共混纤维毡的微观形貌,晶体结构及表面化学性质。结果表明:SF中CA添加量小于10%,共混体系静电纺得到的纤维宏观上呈现均一形貌,但纤维直径变粗;当CA添加量大于20%时,SF与CA两者分相,所得纤维的直径分布加宽,并出现两极分化现象。XPS测试结果显示SF/CA共混纳米纤维中CA的"C"元素的特征峰消失,287.8eV和285.0eV处C1s的峰转化为285.0eV处的窄峰。共混后纤维力学性能明显改善。
Silk fibroin(SF)/ cellulose acetate(CA) blend nanofibers were fabricated via electrospinning with trifluoroacetic acid(TFA) as solvent.The morphology,crystalline structure and surface chemistry of SF/CA blend fiber membranes with different mass fractions of CA were studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray Diffractometry(XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),respectively.The morphology of blend nanofibers were uniform on macro and the fiber diameter increased when adding a small amount of CA.However,the phase separation was observed between SF and CA when the content of CA was more than 20%,moreover the diameter distributions of the blend nanofibers were decentralized and polarized.The XPS results showed that the elemental "C" peak of the blend fibers started to lose the characteristic shape of CA,C1s peak of CA centered at 289.0eV disappeared,and the peaks at 287.8eV and 285.0eV evolved into a narrow peak at 285.0eV.The mechanical properties were improved obviously after adding CA into SF.
