抽条棉毛组织往往由于上机工艺的不同,编织的布面风格会产生明显的差异。文中通过采用抽下针(工艺Ⅰ)和抽上针(工艺Ⅱ)两种不同的工艺,具体分析和比较了在钢梭子调节、吃纱方式上的不同及其对布面风格的影响,最终确定以抽上针的工艺为大生产基本工艺。

Considerable difference in fabric style will be resulted from variable knitting processes for drawn interlock . Comparison is made in yarn fingers' adjustment, mode of yarn feeding used in two defferent processes including dial needle drawing and cylinder needle drawing methods together with the influence of the above processes on fabric styles. As a result, the dial needle drawing process is selected for commercial production.
