成长与探索:职业养成理论与课业规划 被引量:1

摘要 苏泊尔的职业养成理论认为,人的一生本质上是成长与探索的过程,是以自己的兴趣和能力获取知识以应对职业需求的过程。中学生实际上都处于职业养成的探索阶段。本文探索了此阶段中学生应该做出的课程选择及其深远影响,并对促进职业养成的相关理论及其有效干预进行了评价。
