现场施工完全无焊接钢管混凝土节点抗震性能研究——试验与有限元分析 被引量:4

SEISMIC BEHAVIOR OF CFST COLUMN TO BEAM JOINT WITHOUT WELDING IN CONSTRUCTION FIELD:EXPERIMENT AND FE ANALYSIS

摘要 介绍了新型现场施工无焊接钢筋混凝土梁-钢管混凝土柱节点,并对其进行了抗震性能试验研究,获得了节点在柱顶低周往复荷载下的滞回性能。试验结果表明,该新型节点具有良好的延性以及耗能能力,可以满足工程需要,可代替外环板式钢筋焊接节点使用。同时,采用有限元分析方法,对试验进行了模拟,与试验获得骨架曲线进行结果对比,吻合良好。此外,基于节点试验模型改变了梁、柱以及牛腿等相关参数,分析不同参数对节点骨架曲线的影响,得到了节点的破坏模式以及影响因素。 A newly developed reinforced concrete(RC)beam to concrete-filled-steel-tube(CFST)column joint without welding in construction field is introduced in this paper.The seismic experiment is conducted on the joint,and the hysteretic curve of the specimen under cyclic loading on column top is obtained.According to the test results,this joint shows good ductility and the ability of energy dissipation,and it can be used to replace the joints with welded reinforcement on the outer annular plate.Moreover,the test is also simulated with FEM,and the results agree well with the skeleton curves obtained from the test.Parametric analysis is conducted on this joint,with the consideration of different design of beam,column and steel bracket,and the failure mode is discussed.
