摘要
分析了网络信息传播过程中的各种问题，以及目前常采用的安全措施；提出了相应的安全措施及方案，并对一些相关问题作出了初步探讨．
Some problems in network information communication are analysed, several current safety measures are introduced.Some related issues are also discussed in this paper.
