摘要
祁家黄河大桥为单跨180 m的上承式钢管混凝土拱桥,综述该桥主桥设计。该桥矢跨比为1/5;拱圈采用等截面悬链线,由横哑铃形桁式双肋组成;拱上立柱采用钢管混凝土柱框架结构,桥面板边孔采用20 m空心板梁与路基相接,次边孔采用16 m跨空心板,其余孔均采用标准的13 m跨空心板;该桥采用重力式拱座;拱肋吊段采用内法兰盘连接。该桥采用斜拉扣挂式无支架缆索法施工,利用钢丝绳作扣索,设计中取消了扣塔,直接将部分扣索锚固于桥台处。
Qijia Huanghe River Bridge is a concrete-filled steel tube(CFST) deck arch bridge with a single span of 180 m.A summarized account of the design of the main bridge of the bridge is presented herewith.The rise-to-span ratio of the bridge is 1/5,the arch rings are of constant section catenary,composed of dumbbell trussed pairs of cross ribs and the spandrel posts are the CFST frame structures.The deck over the side spans employs the 20-m span hollow slab beams and is connected with the roadbed,over the secondary side spans employs the 16-m span hollow slabs and over the rest of the spans employs the 13-m span standard hollow slabs.The arch seats are the gravity seats and the sections of the arch ribs are connected by inner flanges.The bridge is constructed by the method of fastening stays without using supports,i.e.the steel ropes are used as the fastening stays,the fastening stay towers are omitted in the design and part of the fastening stays are directly anchored at the abutments.
