我国乡镇企业持续发展的制约因素及对策

中共十七大明确提出要发展乡镇企业,2010年中央1号文件也将推进乡镇企业结构调整和产业升级作为改善农村民生、促进农民创业就业的重要举措之一。但是近些年来,受到内外环境变化的影响,乡镇企业发展速度明显减缓。本文通过对乡镇企业历史发展与现状的分析,揭示影响其发展的制约因素,提出乡镇企业实现可持续发展的对策建议。

It was clear that the Seventeenth Congress of the CPC Central Committee put forward the development of township enterprises.Meanwhile,2010 No.1 file issued by the CPC Central Committee also takes the promotion of structural adjustment and industry upgrading of township enterprises as one of important measures to improve the rural livelihood and promote the entrepreneurship and employment of farmers.But in recent years,the development of township enterprises has significantly slowed down due to the influences of internal and external environment.Based on the analysis on historical development and the status quo of township enterprises,the paper reveals constraints influencing the development and proposes measures for sustainable development of township enterprises.
