摘要
现实组织中,员工奉献的短缺成为组织运行的一个特征。本文基于组织及其演变和员工行为,分析组织构造的逻辑与员工奉献性行为逻辑,认为现实组织构造与员工奉献行为之间具有不相容性。在现实组织框架内,对员工奉献的组织诉求基本上是徒劳的。在任何的群体性生存中,从来就没有纯粹的个体,群体——个体——环境从来就是一个整体,相互影响。
In realistic organizations,the shortage of employee contribution is a typical characteristic of organization operation.Based on the evolution of organization and employee behaviors,the article analyses the logic of the organizational structure and employee behaviors,and believes that incompatibility exists between realistic organization structure and employees contribution.In realistic organization framework,it is mainly fruitless to appeal employee contribution by the organizations.In any group survival,there have never been pure individuals.Contrarily,group-individual-environment always a whole and interplay.
