摘要
为衡量和提升物流服务水平,分析现代化物流的特征并构建评价指标体系;用层次分析法确定指标权重,以线性加权函数构建综合评价模型,是物流现代化评价中的几个重要方面。从宁波的案例分析中,发现正是由于在技术和设备应用、企业管理、网络化运营和低碳运作等方面存在的水平欠缺,影响了物流现代化水平的提升。根据分析结果看,应从加强"两业"联动、推广物流科技和应用先进设备、鼓励企业评级和节能减排、提升第四方物流服务等方面提出相应对策,推动物流现代化进程。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of modern logistic and build the system of evaluation index to measure and lift up logistic service.Using analytic hierarchy process to determine index weights and applying weighted linear function to build the model of comprehensive evaluation are some of important aspects of logistic modernization evaluation.Bases on the analysis on Ningbo's case,it has been found that it is the deficiencies of technology and equipment application,enterprise management,network operation and low carbon operation that influence lifting up of logistic modernization.According to the analytical results,the countermeasures should be proposed at the aspects of strengthening two-industry linkage,extending logistic sciences and technologies and applying advanced equipment,encouraging the enterprises rating and energy saving and emission reduction,and improving the fourth party service to promote the process of logistic modernization.
