女大学生就业困境及出路探究

随着知识经济时代的来临,世界科技革命的迅猛发展,体能等两性的先天差异将不再是阻挡女性进入男性主导的一切传统领域的障碍,女大学生的队伍必将会在未来的日子里获得进一步的发展壮大。同时要看到,当下的中国"女大学生就业难"。作为高等女性人才培养的主要阵地和社会思想变革的前驱先导,我国的高等学校必须高度重视男女两性在高等教育中的宏观平等与微观差异,抛却传统的教育模式,寻找出可行性路径,使制度赋予的"性别平等"的教育原则得到充分兑现和有效实施,以培养出能在与男性的职场博弈中立于不败之地的高能力、强素质的女性人才。

With the coming of knowledge economy era and the rapid development of world science and technology revolution,physical ability and other inherent differences between the sexes will no longer be obstacles which block female into the fields that male traditionally dominate and female college students army must be to obtain further development and growth in the future.Simultaneously,in China today,we should see that it is hard for female college students to get employed.As main position of fostering high female talents,and pioneer and forerunner of social thought reform,the colleges and universities in our country must highly emphasize the macro equality and micro difference of both male and female in high education,discard the model of traditional education,and find out the feasible path to fully implement the educational principles of gender equality endowed by the system so as to nurture female talents with high ability and strong quality who are able to compete with male talents in occupational world and remain in invincible positions.
