摘要
LXP-160玻璃绝缘子在南京220 kV长江大跨越线路上运行过程中,进行了5次取样试验,所测机电性能数据达到并超过了出厂的标准规定值,其机械强度和产品的保证值均稳定在一定水平上,产品未出现老化现象。因绝缘子玻璃件内存在着均匀分布的钢化内应力,这种内应力是在760~780℃钢化处理时生成的,产品在运行过程中(70~80℃)不会导致钢化玻璃件产生退火现象。
During the operation of glass insulators of type LXP-160 in 220 kV Nanjing Yangtze River long span line. five sampler tests were carried out, the mechanical and electrical performance reached and exceeded the factory specified value, the mechanical strength and guarantee value of the product were both stable in a certain level and did not get aging. Because the toughened inner stress which distribute uniform in the glass body was created in toughened process of 760 to 780℃. The glass body could not be anneal in the operation (70 to 80 ℃) .
