年龄和性别对肥胖与血清促甲状腺激素相关性的影响研究 被引量:5

The impact of age and gender on the association of obesity and serum thyroid stimulating hormone

摘要 目的探讨城市社区居民中肥胖与血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)的相关性。方法 2007年10月通过整群分层抽样方法进行横断面调查,经筛选最终入选受试者1398例。所有受试者均进行问卷调查、体格测量和血清TSH检测。结果 (1)对全体受试者分析显示,血清TSH浓度在肥胖组和非肥胖组间差异无统计学意义,而年龄和性别在两组间差异有统计学意义。(2)以年龄45岁为切点对受试者进行分层研究,当年龄>45岁时,肥胖组TSH浓度明显高于非肥胖组,而年龄≤45岁时两组差异无统计学意义。年龄>45岁时体重指数(BM I)与TSH呈弱相关。(3)以性别进行分层研究,发现在女性中肥胖组TSH浓度明显高于非肥胖组,但是男性中两组差异无统计学意义。不同年龄组女性人群BM I和腰围均与TSH存在弱正相关。结论肥胖与血清TSH浓度的相关性受年龄和性别的影响。 Objective To investigate the association of obesity and serum thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) in the residents of urban community. Methods In October 2007,1398 cases were finally screened and recruited to undergo cross-sectional survey with stratified cluster sampling. The questionnaire survey, body measurements and serum TSH detection were conducted among all cases. Results ( 1 ) The analyzing of all cases showed that there was no statistical difference in serum TSH concentration But in age and gender between obesity and non-obesity groups. (2)In the study stratified by age = 45 as a break point, the serum TSH concentration in obesity group was significantly higher than that in non-obesity group when age 〉 45, whereas no statistical difference was found when age ≤45. In addition,body mass index (BMI) was weakly correlated with serum TSH level when age 〉 45. (3)In the stratified study based on gender, the serum TSH concentration in obesity group was significantly higher than that in non-obesity group among females but not among males. Both BMI and waistline were weakly positively correlated with serum TSH in females from groups of different age. Conclusion The age and gender affect the association of obesity and serum TStt concentration.
