摘要
测试分析了蚕茧经真空触蒸处理后茧丝胶着力、茧丝湿强力的变化。实验结果表明, 真空触蒸后, 茧丝的胶着力减小并趋于均匀, 胶着点增多, 茧丝湿强力增大, 改善了蚕茧性能, 从而有利于提高解舒和生丝质量。
Different gumming forces and wet strengths of silk reeled from cocoons receiving vacuum direct steaming and those without steaming are tested and analyzed The results show that the silk of cocoons receiving vacuum direct steaming decreases and tends to evenness in its gumming force, with increased gumming spots and wet strength Therefore,the steamed cocoon improves in its property,beneficial to its reelability and raw silk quality
