Transforming Traditional Textile Dyeing & Finishing Industry with Advanced Technology

我们正面临的高新技术产业化和“知识经济”的变革，将直接影响到我国纺织染整工业现代化高新技术的发展，为此本文阐述了随着２１ 世纪的到来，对传统的纺织染整工业必须运用高新技术进行改造提升，使之能应付挑战。并指出须进一步搞清楚知识经济的特点，及在改造和发展现代纺织染整产业中，我们该做些什么准备。

As the 21 st century draws near,we are entering into a new age of transformation,in which industrialization of high technology and knowledge-intensive economy will dominate the scene.Such trend will promote the modernization of China's textile dyeing and finishing industry and the development of related high technology.The following article first elaborates the concept and characteristics of knowledge-intensive economy.It suggests the dyeing and finishing industry should reform and upgrade itself by adopting advanced technology,so as to get itself ready for meeting new challenges in the 21 st century,and it further enumerates a series of concrete measures that the industry should take during the process of its modernization.
