摘要
分析了常规渗碳热处理重载汽车同步器齿环的失效形式及原因,对热处理工艺进行了优化,介绍了同步器齿环的预热处理工艺和稀土渗碳工艺。稀土渗碳后的齿环的强度和韧性等充分加强,材料性能得到很好发挥,台架实验30万次同步器齿环的磨损在正常范围内,取得了预期的效果。
The failure form and causes of conventional carburizing used for synchronizer ring in heavy vehicles were analyzed,and then the heat treatment process was optimized.The preheating process and RE carburizing technology were also introduced.The results show,after RE carburizing,the strength and toughness of synchronizer ring are fully enhanced,so the advantages of material gave a good performance.The synchronizer ring'wear volume ise within the normal range in 300,000 times bench test.
