摘要
根据宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相组织检验及硬度测定结果,轧辊断裂的原因是辊颈表面发生两次损伤,破坏了表面的连续性,从而导致疲劳脆性断裂。
The fracture roll was analyzed through macroscopic inspection,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination and hardness test.The results show that roll neck surface damages twice,which breaks up the continuity of surface and leads fatigue brittle fracture.
