植入心血管电子器械后感染的相关危险因素 被引量:4

摘要 随着适应证和适用人群的不断拓宽,心脏植入式电子器械的使用数量在逐年增加,患者术后感染的发生率也显著增加。植入超过2根电极、器械类型、更换脉冲发生器、术前使用临时起搏器、术前24 h发热、术中经验、患者年龄、长期使用抗凝剂及类固醇激素、伴随疾病都可以增加或影响感染发生率,术前使用抗生素可以降低感染的发生率。
