蚕蛹壳聚糖复合止血材料的制备及凝血性能初探 被引量:8

摘要 探讨以蚕蛹壳聚糖(CS)和明胶(GEL)为主要原料制备复合止血材料的工艺及凝血效果。首先从蚕蛹中提取出壳聚糖,与明胶共混溶解后添加助剂,通过冷冻真空干燥法制备海绵状复合止血材料,然后采用凝血指数BCI进行体外凝血测试,研究其制备工艺参数对凝血效果的影响。实验表明,最佳工艺参数为:-40℃下预冻1h,共混溶液质量浓度为30g/L,m_(CS):m_(GEL)=5:5。0.01%的戊二醛、0.5%的氯化钙能有效提高样品的凝血效果。凝血指数BCI相对于医用纱布和明胶止血海绵分别降低了63.52%和34.85%,凝血效果得到显著提高。 This paper discussed the technology and clotting effect of composite haemostatic material,which was made from gelatin and chitosan.The chitosan was derived from silkworm pupa.Mixed with gelatin and some additives,the chitosan became sponge by means of freeze drying.Then,extracorporeal blood coagulation test was conducted using clotting index BCI and the effect of processing technology on clotting effect was studied. Experiment results showed that the optimal technological parameters were determined as follows:pre frozen lh at-40℃,blending solution mass concentration of 30 g/L,m_(CS):m_(GE)=5:5,and the haemostatic property can be improved by adding 0.01%calcium chloride and 0.5%glutaraldehyde.Its haemostatic property was better than hospital gauze and gelatin sponge with the BCI reduced by 63.52%and 34.85%.
