摘要
目的探讨Cajal间质细胞在小儿肠套叠发生、发展中的作用。方法应用c—kit,NSE免疫组化染色方法,分别检测肠套叠患儿套叠头端和正常对照组肠管神经丛Cajal间质细胞的分布,观察肠间质细胞的数量与分布情况。结果肠套叠患儿套叠头端Cajal间质细胞的数量较正常对照组明显减少,且分布疏密不一,较紊乱,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论肠套叠患儿套叠头端Cajal间质细胞数目减少,排列紊乱,可能是引起肠套叠发生、发展的重要原因。
Objective To investigate the relationship between distribution of the ganglionic cells and interstitial cells of Cajal (ICCs)in the ileum of intussusception. Methods Twenty eases (Malel3 , female 7 ) aging from 10 day to 16 months reported . The distribution of ICCs in between the muscle layer of bowel from normal controls and intussusception patients was studied by e - kit immunohistochemistry , Antihuman c - kit serum was used for visualization of e - kit positive( e - kit + ) cells. Results In bowels form normal controls , moderate to large amount of c - kit + ICCs were observed in between the muscle layers , On the contrary, the number of c - kit + ICCs was remarkably reduced or even disappeared in between the muscle layers in intussusception ,Statistics showed the significant difference of c - kit, ICCs between showed the significant difference of c - kit ICCs between the segment of bowels in intussusception and that of normal controls ( P 〈 0.05 ). Condusions Theses results suggest that lack of c - kit ICCs may lead to the bowel spasm in intussusception
