农民大棚肺动物模型影像表现的多排螺旋CT研究

摘要 目的应用多排螺旋CT观察大棚肺动物模型的影像表现。方法取26只成年健康豚鼠,随机分为实验组(20只)和对照组(6只)。实验组分为雾化吸入组(A1,10只)和鼻滴吸入组(B1,10只),A1组分为持续吸入14d的A11组(5只)及持续吸入90d的A12组(5只)。B1组分为持续鼻滴14d的B11组(5只)及持续鼻滴90d的B12组;对照组分为雾化吸入生理盐水组(A2,3只)及鼻滴吸入生理盐水组(B2,3只)。分别按不同的时间给予实验干预,然后按照不同的时间进行多排螺旋CT扫描,观察各组的CT表现。结果 A1组14天之前CT扫描肺部无异常表现,第14天后的不同时间出现肺部斑片状磨玻璃样影或结节影。在第90天扫描时,A11组可出现不同程度纤维索条影,A12组可出现磨玻璃样斑片影及小磨玻璃结节影同纤维索条影混合存在的征象。B1组于14天之内均出现肺部异常表现,可见两肺弥漫性磨玻璃样影、两肺多发大片状实变影或斑片及小结节样磨玻璃样影。第90天扫描时,B11组豚鼠均出现程度不等的纤维索条影,B12组可见磨玻璃样斑片影及结节影同纤维索条影混合存在的征象。对照(A2、B2)组各时间点行CT检查均显示双肺也清晰,未见斑片状或结节状影。结论农民肺动物模型的多排螺旋CT表现为,两肺弥漫性磨玻璃影或大片实变影或局部磨玻璃样影或弥漫或多发磨玻璃样结节影,慢性期出现不同程度的索条影,持续反复接触过敏原者可出现磨玻璃影与纤维索条影混合存在。 【Objective】 To observe the features of animal model of farmer's greenhouse lung at multiple detecter CT.【Methods】 Select 26 guinea pigs which are grown up and healthy.Divided the pigs into two groups randomLy,i.e experimental group(20 pigs) and control group(6 pigs).The experimental group was divided into atomization inhaling group(A1,10 pigs)and nasal instilling group(B1,10 pigs).A1 group was divided into A11 group(5 pigs) which inhaled the sensitinogen once a day during 14 days and A12 group(5 pigs) which inhaled the sensitinogen once a day during 90 days.B1 group was divided into B11 group(5 pigs) and B12 group.which nasal instilling the sensitinogen once a day during 14 days and 90 days respectively.The control group was divided into automation inhaling normal saline group(A2,3 pigs) once a day during 90 days and nasal instilling the same preparation(B2,3 pigs) during the same time.Then the pigs were undergone pulmonary MDCT scan according to different time and observe the CT features.【Results】 There are not abnormal findings on CT scan of the pigs of A1 group before 14 days.Patchy ground glass opacities and nodules can be found in different time after 14 days.There are different degree fibrous stripes in the pigs of A11 group CT scan at 90 days.In A12 group there can be found the combination of patchy ground glass opacities and nodules and fibrous stripes.All of the pigs of B1 group can found pulmonary abnormalities in 14 days,there may be noted diffuse ground glass opacity,multiple air space consolidations or patchy ground glass opacities and nodules.At 90 days,fibrous stripes can be found in B11 group.And in B12 group there are also found the combination of patchy ground glass opacities and nodules and fibrous stripes.The pigs's lungs of control group's always clear at any time during experiment.【Conclusion】 The CT features of animal model of farmer greenhouse lung is including diffuse ground glass opacity in bilateral lung or multiple large air space consolidations or focal ground glass opacities or diffuse or multiple small nodules.In chronic phase,there can be found different degree fibrous stripes when contacted the sensitinogen repeatedly,there can be found the combination of ground glass opacities and fibrous stripes.
