摘要
权力的平衡是创建和谐校园、实现科学管理的基础。作为权力的体现形式,教学质量监控中各方的话语关系只有处于平衡,才能提高监控效能,实现质量管理的长效机制。本文通过对教学质量监控中话语失衡现象主要原因的分析,从机制保障的角度提出平衡话语关系、重构教师话语权力的关键是落实参与机制、健全沟通机制、完善申诉机制。
The power balance is the base of creating harmonious campus and achieving scientific management. The parties in the discourse relations, as the embodiment of power, can only when in balance increase the monitoring capacity and achieve the long - term mechanism of quality management. This article analyses the reasons for the imbalance in teaching quality supervision from the safe- guard mechanism viewpoint. We come up with the idea of balancing the discourse relations and reconstructing the discourse power of teaching, which is the key to implement the participatory mechanism, to improve the communication mechanism and to complete the complaint mechanism.
