摘要
将激励机制引入课堂教学,可以激发学生的学习自主性能动性,激活其创造性潜能,同时也可师生相互激励,从而提高教与学的效果、效益与效率。
The introduction of incentive mechanism into classroom teaching helps stimulate students' autonomous learning initiative and activate their creative potential, and simultaneously lead to teacher- student mutual encouragement. Consequently, teaching and learning results, effectiveness and efficiency are greatly improved.
