大鼠肾上腺次全切除肾阳虚模型胃、舌病理观察

PATHOLOGIC OBSERVATION ON THE STOMACh AND TONGUE OF KIDNEY YANG INSUFFICIENCY MODEL OF RATS INDUCED BY SUBTOTAL ECTOMY OF ADRENAL GLAND

目的 本实验观察大鼠肾上腺次全切除肾阳虚模型的胃、舌病理形态改变。方法 实验采用Wistar雄性大鼠,随机分为对照组和实验组。实验组行肾上腺次全切除术,对照做假手术。术后21d处死,主要观察胃、舌病理改变。结果 实验组见胃粘膜胃体腺腺颈部粘液细胞应激性增生,腺腔扩张,粘膜细胞胞浆空泡化及核固缩多见,胃小凹相对长度增加,胃体腺腺底相对厚度减少,胃体粘膜核分裂相频度减少而幽门粘膜核分裂相频度增加。无纤维组织增生和炎症性改变。实验组圆枕前后固有层乳头密度均增加,固有层乳头水肿。丝状乳头核空泡变明显。舌腺粘液腺酸性粘液增多。胃及舌肥大细胞密度和短径有增加或增加趋势。结论 肾上腺大部分切除肾阳虚证模型可见胃粘膜和舌粘膜、舌腺发生萎缩和退变,胃、舌的病理变化有相关性。而胃粘膜和舌腺的变化较舌粘膜更为敏感。

Objective:The present experiment made a pathologic observation on the stomach and tongue of kidney yang insufficiency model of rats induced by subtotal ectomy of adrenal gland.Method:Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the control group and the model group.Subtotal removal of adrenal gland were took on the rats in model group with the pseudo-operation in control group.On the 21st day,all animals were killed and their stomachs and tongues were took for observating.Results:1.stomach:Compared to the control animals,the animals in model group had the changes of hyperplasia due to stress of mucous cells in neck of fundic glands,dilation of lumen of gland,cytoplasm vacuolar degeneration and karyopyknosis of mucosa cells,being deeper in the relative length of the pit,less in the thickness of fundus of gland,less in the frequency of mucosa karyokinesis in the body of stomach and more in the pylorus of stomach. 2.tongue:Compared to the control animals,the animals in model group had the changes of being more in the density of lamina propria papillae,hydrops of lamina propria papillae,more serious in the nuclear vacuolar degeneration of filiform papillae,more in acidic mucus of lingual mucous gland and in the density and size of mast cell in stomach and tongue. Conclusions:The mucosa of stomach and tonger,lingual gland of this kidney yang insufficiency model were atrophic and retrograde degeneration.There are correlation in the above changes between stomach and tungue.The changes in the mucosa of stomach and lingual gland were more serious than that in the mucosa of tonger.
