激发高职学生学习动力的课堂学生评价研究

摘要 高职院校学生学习动力不足,教师可以通过课堂教学质量的提高和课堂学生评价方法的改进等措施激发学生内在的学习动力。本文主要研究了激发高职学生学习动力的课堂学生评价原则和方法,并认为,课堂学生评价的原则主要有:激励性原则、导向性原则、多元性原则和动态性原则;课堂学生评价的方法主要有:教师评价与学生互评自评相结合、差异性评价与激励性评价相结合、基础知识评价与技能评价相结合。 Students in higher vocational colleges lack of stimulation in study. Teachers can inspire their study interest through the improvement of teaching quality and evaluating method of students in class. This article mainly stud- ies the evaluating principles and methods of students in class that inspire the learning motivation of students in high professional universities and colleges. The evaluation principles of students in class are mainly as follows : motivational principle, leading principle, diversity principle and dynamic principle. The evaluation methods of students in class are mainly as follows : the combination of teachers'evaluation with the students "evaluation with each other and the students "self evaluation; combination of the difference evaluation with the motivation evaluation; combination of the basic knowledge evaluation with the skill evaluation.
