摘要
本文简述了现代水利是娄底经济社会发展的必然要求，分析总结了发展娄底现代水利的现状与存在的问题及成因，有针对性的提出了加快发展娄底现代水利的对策建议，对于娄底“以水定发展”有一定的指导意义。
This article states the modernization of water conservancy is the necessary requirements of economic and social development of Loudi. It also analyzes and summarizes the status quo and problems of developing the modern water conservancy, making suggestions for how to quicken the development of modern water conservancy, which is instructive for the policy of developing around the water in Loudi.
