车间空气中双乙烯酮的热解吸气相色谱测定方法的研究

摘要 车间空气中的双乙烯酮采集在硅胶上, 用热解吸经SE- 30 柱分离, 氢焰离子化检测器气相色谱法测定, 方法的检出限为2×10- 3μg。标准曲线线性范围2- 40m g/m 3,解吸效率93.5% ,500m g 硅胶的穿透容量为0.58m g。双乙烯酮样品可保存五天。本方法准确度高、精密度好、快速简便。 Dikten in air were collected with silicagel with Thermal desorbed and Separted by SE-30 chromatographic column and determined by GC-FID. Detectable limit is 2×10 -3 μg(injection Volume 1ml). The linear range of standard curve was 2-40mg/m 3,and the precision RSD=4.8%-10.1%,and desorbtion efficiency 93.5%. The pass through capacity is 0.58mg Dikten, while the amount of silicegel is 500 mg. The sampling tube be preserved 5 days. This method is rapidity convenience accuracy and reliablity.
