摘要
介绍了一种以DS2438芯片为采集器、以ATmeg16L单片机为控制核心的电动车蓄电池在线监测管理系统,阐述了系统的硬件实现和软件设计。该系统实现了对蓄电池组中多节电池的同步监测,并可在线监测单节电池的电压、温度、电流、剩余电量及充放电过程,改善了蓄电池的维护效果。
A design of on-line Monitoring and Management System for electric vehicles battery is presented, including the explanations of software scheme and hardware solution adopted DS2438 as the work state information collector and ATmag16 MCU as the kernel controller. According to the on-line simultaneous monitoring of the voltage, temperature, current, remaining capacity and process in charge/discharge of each battery, the maintenance effect of the battery is improved.
