水稻根系与叶片形态特征关系的定量分析 被引量:15

摘要 定量分析拔节—孕穗期间水稻根系形态参数与叶片形态特征间的关系。以江苏省农业科学院培育的高产品种两优108(V1,杂籼)、86优8(V2,杂粳)和南粳43(V3,常规粳稻)为材料,采用塑料桶土培,设施肥(每盆N 3.6 g、P2O50.8 g、K2O 3.6 g)与不施肥(处理同施肥基土)两个处理,在试验观测的基础上,建立水稻不同处理下根系形态参数与叶片性状间的预测回归模型。研究表明:拔节—孕穗期间水稻根系形态参数与叶片形态特征间的3个预测回归模型的方差分析都达到极显著水平,拟合度较好,单株总根长、总根表面积及总根体积模拟值与实测值的平均绝对误差分别为每株-176.506 cm、8.784 cm2及-1.624 cm3(n=24),差值标准误分别为每株31.542cm、15.653 cm2和2.117 cm3,相关系数分别为0.913**、0.904**和0.907**。上述拔节—孕穗期间叶片形态特征与根系形态间预测回归模型,为探明水稻地下与地上几何性状的联系提供了借鉴,也为支撑水稻植株地上部与地下部的协同虚拟表达,以及高产株型及栽培措施选择等提供了参考。 The objectives of this study were to quantify the relationships among morphologic characters of leaf and root system in rice during the period of elongation to booting.Three high yield rice materials of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Liangyou108(indica hybrid rice,V1),86you8(japonica hybrid rice,V2),and Nangjing43(japonica rice,V3),were planted in pots with loamy soil.There were two treatments of fertilizer: fertilizer of 3.6 g N,0.8 g P2O5 and 3.6 g K2O per pot and no fertilizer.Based on the experimental observations,the multifactor linear regression(MLR) models between morphologic parameters of leaf and root system were built.The variance of three MLR models was significant,and the fitness of models was very good.The average absolute deviation between simulated value and measured value of total root length,total root surface and total root volume were-176.506 cm per plant,8.784 cm2 per plant,and-1.624 cm3 per plant(n=24),the corresponding standard error of difference per plant were 31.542 cm,15.653 cm2,and 2.117 cm3,and the corresponding correlation coefficients were 0.913**,0.904** and 0.907**,respectively.The MLR models between the characteristic of leaf and morphology of root system from elongation to booting would be help to link the research of above-ground part with that of root system,cooperate visualizing rice plants above-ground with under-ground,and select high yield plant types and cultivation practices.
