太湖鹅微卫星标记与体重的相关性 被引量:5

摘要 为了解太湖鹅群体的遗传特性,寻找其生长性状的辅助标记。该研究采用微卫星标记技术对太湖鹅群体进行了遗传多样性研究,初步探讨了微卫星标记与10周龄体重的相关性。结果显示:太湖鹅在10个微卫星标记座位上共检测到52个等位基因,群体平均杂合度为0.653 0,平均多态信息含量为0.611 2。与生长性状的关联分析发现,CKW14座位与太湖鹅10周龄平均体重存在显著的关联性,在公、母群体中均表现为AC型体重显著大于AB、AA,说明可能携带C等位基因的个体产肉性能较高。因此,CKW14座位可以作为辅助标记来选育高产太湖鹅群体。 To understand the inheritance characteristics of Taihu goose population so as to find out the growth trait-related molecular markers,the genetic diversity of Taihu goose was analyzed using microsatellite marker and the correlation between microsatellite marker and the weight at 10-week old was analyzed as well.52 alleles of goose were detected on 10 microsatellite loci with average heterozygosity(H) of 0.653 0 and average polymorphic information content(PIC) of 0.611 2.Locus CKW14 significantly correlated with the body weight of 10-week-old Taihu goose.The body weight of goose with genotype AC was significantly greater than those with genotypes AB and AC,indicating that goose with C allele held higher meat productivity and locus CKW14 was a potential marker for high-productivity goose breeding.
