摘要
为提高红梅插穗的扦插成活率,本试验设置了1 kV/cm、2 kV/cm、3 kV/cm、4 kV/cm 4种电场强度的静电场处理,研究了不同电场强度处理对红梅插穗生根及相关生物学效应的影响。结果显示:红梅插穗生根期间,2~3 kV/cm静电场处理的插穗可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、过氧化物酶活性明显高于对照,扦插成活率、根系活力、单株生根数、根鲜重均显著高于对照(P〈0.05);4 kV/cm静电场处理插穗的相应检测指标均低于对照。以上结果表明,采用适当强度的静电场处理可促进红梅插穗相关生理生化指标的上升,提高扦插成活率;对于红梅插穗生根,3 kV/cm是最适的电场强度。
To improve the rooting rate of Prunus mume cuttings,four treatments of 1 kV/cm,2 kV/cm,3 kV/cm,4 kV/cm of electrostatic field were designed to study the effects of electric field intensity on rooting,physiological and biochemical characteristics of Prunus mume cuttings.The results showed that soluble sugar content and protein content,peroxidase(POD) activity,the cutting survival rate,root activity,root fresh weight per plant and the number of rooting per plant of cuttings were higher than those of control,and were improved with the increase of intensity of electrostatic field from 2 kV/cm to 3 kV/cm.The above physiological and biochemical indexes of Prunus mume cuttings treated with 4 kV/cm electrostatic field were lower than those of control.The results indicated that electrostatic field could improve related biological characteristic and rooting rate of Prunus mume cuttings,and 3 kV/cm electric field intensity was the best.
