大豆ZF-HD蛋白家族的全基因组序列特征分析 被引量:4

摘要 同源异形盒基因家族的同源域蛋白在植物、动物和真菌发育过程中作为转录因子起着重要的作用[1]。自从1993年Schinder首次发现植物同源结构域(PHD,Plant home-odomain)以来,还发现在拟南芥蛋白HAT3.1和HOXIA内含有一段富含半胱氨酸的保守序列,此序列与金属离子结合结构域(Metal-binding domains)非常相似[2]。
