摘要
通过手机前盖注塑模具型芯的数控加工流程,详细阐述了UG软件在模具加工方面的应用,具体分析了其加工工艺、刀路的设计及其刀具轨迹检查过程,并且利用UG软件的后处理功能,自动生成手机前盖后模所需要的数控加工的NC代码,提高了复杂型芯的制造加工速度,展示了UG软件多样化的数控加工编程策略。
The mobile phone front cover mold core was took for instance to state the application of UGCAM in mold manufacture. The path design,processing simulation and gastroscopy course were detailed description. Mold core NC machining for the mobile phone front cover was created automatically by the post-processing function of UG. This method could improve manufacturing and development speed of complicated mould. The strategy of numerical control machining based on UG system was revelated.
